USE OF ARF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

 

To use ARF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, for public benefit, it will be necessary for the purchaser/individual to contact the Animal Research Foundation business office to obtain written permission.  Without a written permission, the purchaser/individual will be in direct violation of NOTICE OF ARF COMMON LAW COPYRIGHT &/or PURCHASER AGREEMENT.

 

To sustain the work of the Animal Research Foundation, a maximum of a six (6) months’ usage fee will be required, for the use of any ARF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.  After the six (6) months’ period has expired, the purchaser must once again obtain a written permission to continue the usage of any ARF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, with the required usage fee.   

 

A public usage fee is required on all ARF documents and published materials, i.e., ARF Applications, ARF Certificates of Registration, ARF 5-Generation Extended Pedigrees, ARF Cowdog Magazines, ARF published books and booklets, ARF articles, etc.
