Before any ARF Certified Pedigrees will be issued for a litter, the Sire and Dam each must have a PHOTO and ARF CERTIFIED PEDIGREE with an ARF REGISTRATION NUMBER filed at our ARF Headquarters, Quinlan, Texas, U.S.A.

If you have a Certificate of Registration from another registry, that is ARF-approved, request an ARF Application for Double Registration.

                      OWNER OF SIRE MUST SIGN THIS APPLICATION, OR IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

                                                                      NOTICE TO OWNERS OF SIRE & DAM
Any agreements, expressed or implied, are between owners, and not the Animal Research Foundation.  The Animal Research Foundation will honor all its ARF CERTIFIED PEDIGREES, issued to the BREEDER (owner of the Dam, or provided to the new owner).  There will be no restrictions placed on the ARF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION, unless indicated by the breeder, on the ARF CERTIFIED PEDIGREE, e.g., "Spayed", "Neutered", etc.  Further, the Animal Research Foundation is not responsible for any health disorders or genetic problems that may or may not be detectable in the Sire, Dam, or Litter.  The BREEDER assumes ALL responsibility, in all sales, guarantees, conditions of sale, etc., expressed or implied, and such are between the seller(s) and purchaser(s).  THE ANIMAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION IS NOT A PARTY TO SUCH AGREEMENTS!
The acceptance of this application is based solely on the integrity of the owner(s) of the SIRE & DAM; however, ARF reserves the right to correct or cancel this application, and all ARF CERTIFIED PEDIGRESS.  ARF fees are nonrefundable and fees may change without notice; Without prejudice, UCC 1-207.
The Animal Research Foundation recommends that all agreement(s) be made in writing, and signed before two witnesses, or notarized.

                                                 OWNER OF DAM WILL BE LISTED AS BREEDER OF LITTER
The individual(s) listed on the Dam's ARF Pedigree is considered the Breeder of the Litter.  If you want to be listed as the breeder, check your ARF Certificate of Registration for ownership.  If you are not listed as the owner, you will need to "Transfer" ownership.  (The fee to transfer ownership is $10.00.  New Certificate of Registration is $15.00.)

Each animal listed on this application has been accepted for registration by the Animal Research Foundation, such acceptance being based upon an application duly certified by the owner or breeder.  All ARF Certified Pedigrees are subject to correction or cancellation.
