RE: NOTICE NUMBER 1, regarding "CERTIFICATES OF PEDIGREE REGISTRATION; JOHN D. JOHNSON BULLDOG REGISTRY & ARCHIVES, REGISTRY EUROPE / RTK", with "certificates" having Mr. John D. Johnson’s signature affixed thereto [a masterful forgery].

RE: NOTICE NUMBER 2, regarding a Canadian Internet, American Bulldog Message Board and Registry.

RE: NOTICE NO. 1

Mr. John D. Johnson NEVER HAS AUTHORIZED a "JOHN D. JOHNSON BULLDOG REGISTRY EUROPE / RTK"; therefore, ALL "Certificates of Pedigree Registration; JOHN D. JOHNSON BULLDOG REGISTRY & ARCHIVES", with or without a seal, reading: "JOHN D. JOHNSON BULLDOG REGISTRY EUROPE / RTK", and bearing his forged signature, affixed thereto, is a bogus document.

BUYERS BEWARE!

A copy of Mr. A. Omisore’s & Sohall’s "CERTIFICATE OF PEDIGREE" is being posted for your inspection; however, after consulting with Mr. Scott Weaver, Mr. John D. Johnson’s lawful agent, in regards to this matter, it has been made absolutely clear that Mr. John D. Johnson has NOT provided any authorization to establish an American Bulldog registry in the United Kingdom! Therefore, NO "bulldogs", coming from the "JOHN D. JOHNSON BULLDOG REGISTRY & ARCHIVES" – "JOHN D. JOHNSON BULLDOG REGISTRY EUROPE / RTK", will be eligible for ARF registration without having the written consent of Mr. John D. Johnson, or Mr. Scott Weaver, and without having a John D. Johnson Kennel-approved 5-generation extended pedigree.

Therefore, if you have obtained a "BULLDOG", from Mr. Omisore, Mr. Sohall, Mr. Farley, or any of their associates, you will need to notify them and ask for a refund, as you were under the pretence you were purchasing a "JDJ AMERICAN BULLDOG" from them, but was sold a "BULLDOG" having a bogus "Certificate of Pedigree Registration", with someone committing identity theft, by duplicating Mr. John D. Johnson’s signature, without his authorization.

RE: NOTICE NO. 2

Mr. John D. Johnson, or his agent, Mr. Scott Weaver, NEVER HAVE AUTHORIZED anyone in Canada, to be an official voice, via the Internet, for the "JOHNSON AMERICAN BULLDOG", or to establish an American Bulldog registry in that country.

The ARF has been in operation for the past 60 years [1947 – 2007], and, since the early 1970’s, Mr. John D. Johnson has made the ARF "The Official Registry" for the JOHN D. JOHNSON AMERICAN BULLDOG.

ARF, THE OFFICIAL JOHN D. JOHNSON

AMERICAN BULLDOG REGISTRY

Mr. John D. JOHNSON is, and has been, a "Lifetime ARF Certified Breeder" of American Bulldogs, with over 30 years of participation. Also, Mr. & Mrs. Scott [Susie] Weaver, Mr. John D. Johnson’s duly- appointed successors of his "JDJ American Bulldogs", are also "Lifetime ARF Certified Breeders"; therefore, any questions you might have in regards to the "JOHN D. JOHNSON KENNELS", both Mr. and Mrs. Weaver can be contacted by writing to the above mailing location, or by calling the above phone number, or by contacting the ARF.

THEREFORE, "American Bulldog Buyers", "BEWARE" who you buy an American Bulldog from; an e-mail or phone call can save you a great deal of time, money, and aggravation.

FURTHER, before you purchase an "American Bulldog", ask the breeder if his/her dogs are ARF-registered, and, if not, tell them you will not consider buying any "American Bulldog" from them until they can prove to you that their dogs have "ARF Certificates of Registration". Should you need to verify an ARF Registration, do not hesitate to call the ARF; an ARF staff member will be happy to assist you, so that you can obtain "the real deal".

RE: OTHER REGISTRIES

If you have purchased an "American Bulldog" from a breeder who has his "American Bulldogs" registered with the "National Kennel Club [NKC]", the "American Bulldog Association [ABA]", the "United Kennel Club [UKC]", etc., and you wish to double-register your "American Bulldog" with the ARF, you therefore must have a valid "Certificate of Registration" and a valid "5-Generation Extended Pedigree" [your dog’s family tree], whereby the ARF can trace your bulldog’s bloodline in our ARF data base.

NOTE: If your dog’s pedigree is incorrect, there will be an additional administrative cost for us to sort out your dog’s pedigree for you, but only after we consult with you. However, if you choose to correct your own dog’s pedigree, it will be returned to you, for you to correct, but, when you reapply again, for double-registration, you must again include the $50.00 ARF registration fee.

Also, it is now apparent that there are many "new" registries cropping up across the country; therefore, it would be wise for you to check with us first, before you purchase your pet. Or, better still, ask the breeder to produce his or her ARF papers on his or her breeding stock; and, if they have authentic ARF papers, tell them to ARF-register their litter, and you will be back to purchase one of them, provided you like the pup. But, by no means, DO NOT pay and take home a pup/dog without getting ARF papers first. However, if the breeder will not produce ARF papers, on his or her dogs, drive away quickly, and be thankful that you did not get involved with someone who was just looking to separate you from your money.

THEREFORE, before doing business with any "new" registry, ask yourself the following basic questions:

1. How long has this "Registry" been in business?

2. Has this "Registry" been purchased from another?

3. How much education and/or experience is behind the "Registry’s" operation?

4. What animals are being registered in this "Registry"?

5. How many animals are there registered in this "Registry"?

6. Can one always reach the "Registry’s" business office, during office hours?

7. Does the "Registry" have a 24/7 web site, e-mail, and fax service?

8. Does the "Registry" have a staff to serve its patrons?

9. Is the "Registry" prompt in providing service to its patrons?

10. Is their "Registry" up for sale?

11. Who are the prominent breeders, standing in support of this "Registry"? Are their names recognizable to you?

12. Would this "Registry" want you to contact these prominent breeders, and have them explain why they don't register their animals with their "Registry"?

13. What would happen to my animal’s registration papers, if the "Registry" went out of business, due to the lack of financial resources, etc.?

14. Would my animal’s registration papers be accepted elsewhere?

THESE are but just a few important questions one needs to ask, if a "Registry" is less than 10 years old, and, if you are considering investing a large sum of money in an "American Bulldog".

THEREFORE, the "John D. Johnson" name is synonymous with "American Bulldogs"; and, many unscrupulous breeders, for the sake of the color of money, will, under false pretenses, steal Mr. Johnson’s name for profit – here in the United States, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere.

THEREFORE, BUYER, BEWARE! Or, you, too, will be caught in the unscrupulous breeder’s snare.
